HISTORY: This coffee is a blend of 3 farms from the Cedral Micro-Region; El Rodeo, Miramontes, and Finca Tonita. The El Rodeo land has been in the family for 4 generations and been producing coffee for 15 years. Miramontes was inherited by producer, Ronald Monge Valverde from his grandfather, and his family has owned and produced coffee for 30 years. The third farm, Tonita was named after his wife’s nickname. They have been producing coffee for 25 years over 3 generations.
